The nurses are amazed at Mitzi’s stamina. Nothing to speak of to drink since last Wednesday (over a week ago). Barely hanging on but her huge heart is still beating strong. She always told me she wasn’t a quitter. So many of her wonderful friends and family have called and left messages that we have played for her. We’ve given her permission. She’s been prayed over and cried over and so very loved.
I keep saying Mitzi was probably given the option of taking the elevator but no doubt she wanted to take the stairs to Heaven instead. Then, I figured that once she got up there to the waiting room, she had to get her paperwork corrected because they probably had her listed as Missy or Misty, a common mistake. ????
We know there is a perfect timing for everything, but please pray for this sweet, sweet gal to make it to the end of the finish line soon and finally be free of the chains of this disease…????
