Since sunshine on her shoulders always makes her happy, when we found out that a John Denver tribute show was coming to town, we HAD to get tickets! It’s a double date night and Mitzi is so excited!
The awesome, amazing, HUGE blessing is that we originally had tickets for the last table available, which was way on the far side and would have been very hard for Mitzi to see. I explained her situation and how her Early-Onset Alzheimer’s makes it difficult for her to see things that aren’t right in front of her. The woman at the box office offered to put us on the cancellation list for a better table. About a week later, she emailed me a whole new reservation and had moved us to the owner’s table, front and center…so cool!
