Mitzi and I spent a LOT of time together…just talking. She didn’t like to watch TV or things like that. She liked to talk. And she had a lot on her mind to talk about. I always felt that with my background in digital media, part of the reason we were together was for me to capture Mitzi’s thoughts and feelings while there was still time before they began to ebb into the vast empty sea of Alzheimer’s. This was one such conversation from early in 2017.
I love watching these videos. Even when we would have the hard conversations. Having a friend who gave you the freedom to ask anything–especially anything about dealing with this disease–was a tremendous gift…
