For those who might have missed the announcement, the service celebrating Mitzi’s life will take place at CrossRoad Church UMC (10005 Gate Pkwy N; Jacksonville, FL 32246; 904.448.1288) on Monday, September 30th at 4PM. A reception will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, Mitzi would desire that donations be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, or, you are invited to join our team, Moving Forward For Mitzi, by participating in or donating to the 2019 Walk To End Alzheimer’s on November 16th. We are so thrilled to be partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association to help fund the fight to find a cure for the disease that does its best to erase people.
